The Annual General Meeting and election will be held in person at Cavalotti Lodge in Nanaimo on October 26th at 6:00pm. Requirements for community members to attend include: pre-registration, proof of citizenship, proof of full vaccination, and one piece of valid government issued photo ID. Please be advised that the wearing of masks is required as well. Full vaccination means you have received two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine. Space will be limited to 50 people, so we advise those interested in attending to register soon to avoid missing out.
